Don΄t believe in something only because somebody told it to you. You have your own mind. I do not believe in any god and i΄m texting with one guy too, and he is constantly telling me how great his god is and how he makes him happy... it sounds more like he had a brain wash...
Maybe I would end it with a sentence from simpson when homer says: There are so many gods on the planet, what if we had chosen the wrong one and we all end in hell. :-D -
